Is it just me or does this first glimpse of the adaptation of Orson Scott Card's geek classic leave a dull impression? Why does it all have the taste of The Hunger Games in space with a derivative Mass Effect paint job on top of it? What's up with Ben Kingsley's face? Why does Harrison Ford need to be introduced as Academy Award nominee Harrison Ford? Do we really need more sci-fi this year after Oblivion, After Earth, Elysium, The Host and Pacific Rim? Why would Gavin Hood get another shot at a possible franchise after he majorly messed up X-Men Origins: Wolverine? And seriously, what is up with Ben Kingsley's face???
